January 2020 Construction Report

1. The work on the device of masonry of walls at the level of -2 floors was completed
2. The installation of metal-plastic windows has been completed and the installation of aluminum windows of penthouses at the level of 24-25 floors has begun
3. Finishing work is carried out on the facades. 7500 brackets were installed and 1700 m2 of insulation were mounted.
4. Completed vertical parking elements -1 level.
5. Work has been done on the device of the parking slab 1 level.
6. Carrying out work on the installation of piles and concrete preparation of entry into the parking lot from the side of ul. Pimonenko.
7. Work has been done on the device of storm sewage from the roof of the house to level -2.
8. Work is underway on the installation of vertical risers for water supply, heating and rainwater systems at the level of 5-11 floors.
9. Work is underway on the installation of risers for household sewage in apartments from the 2nd to 9th floors.
10. Work is underway on the installation of horizontal wiring of the heating system in apartments at the level of 19-22th floor.
